Fourth stage of the Presidential Tour of Turkey. Second place for Daniele Colli, that today has seen the victory really close. Another great sprint, after the one of two days ago when Colli reached the fifth place after Cavendish. Today the only one before hime on the arrival has been Greipel, another great champion. For the #OrangeBlue riders good action also of Mattia Pozzo, in a long escape until few km before the arrival.
Mario Manzoni, on the team car “We have been doing a great race. Before Yamamoto went in the first escape of the day. Then Mattia Pozzo in the second long escape of the day and finally Daniele Colli was good to be among 30 best riders in the final km and with the support of De Negri he take a great podium.”
Daniele Colli:”I’m really satisfied, we were always in the race and the only one before me was Greipel and it was really important to be there also after the climb. Good job of Genky Yamamoto and Mattia Pozzo to be in the escape before, than I want to thank De Negri for the help he gave me to reach this podium. We are a Professional team but in the last two weeks we have been riding against lots of champions and top teams always reaching great results.”
