GP LAIGUEGLIA : VINI FANTINI - NIPPO - DE ROSA TEAM IS READY TO GO

“Blue Mountain” Team athletes directed by Stefano Giuliani are ready to do well on GP Laigueglia, to give continuity to a great start of season.

After the exciting experience on UAE crowned by winning of the Dubai Jersey by Willie Smit, the riders of Vini Fantini – NIPPO – De Rosa Team are ready for GP Laigueglia, another “italian classic" after GP Costa degli Etruschi. 

After a short meeting in Hotel Gemelli, the athletes of the "Blue Mountain" Team are ready for Friday race: "After the return from Dubai we had a good number of days to prepare this event and we arrive here with the right determination to try to do well – says Stefano Giuliani – We’re a young Team and our first goal is to give continuity to the path of growth started in Donoratico and continued in Dubai Tour”.

"Monzon" Stefano Giuliani has selected Pierpaolo De Negri, Willie Smit, Alessandro Malaguti, Takashi Miyazawa, Kim Magnusson, Alessandro Bisolti, Daniel Paulus and Yuya Akimaru: “All our athletes are right, De Negri knows these roads and GP Laigueglia might be suitable for its characteristics, but also Smit, Magnusson and Malaguti could do well, without forgetting our climbers Bisolti and Paulus who want to be protagonists in their debut season. We hope to have a good race and lead some of our athlete in good position”.

181km with Passo Balestrino, Testico and Cima Paravenna: the appointment is for tomorrow, Friday 21st February, to give continuity to a great start of season and continue the ascent of the "Blue Mountain".
