A standard week to feel how unique is the riders job. The companies, top sponsors of the team, that have team building and international approach as pillars of their daily working activities will be hosting some #OrangeBlue riders for a real week of hard work. The reason why? To make riders understand company complexity, how it works the real economy and the efforts that all the staff is doing in the day by day activities. These the goals of the riders work experience.
There are many ways to make a team building. The NIPPO Vini Fantini choose maybe the difficult one, but for sure an educational one: a week of working experience for many of the #OrangeBlue riders, that will help them to understand how important are team working, strain, efforts and daily improvement in “standard life” as much as they are in team life. Will be a week of ordinary work, to feel how is unique the riders job. Will be a full immersion inside the real economy, inside sponsor’s office, production department or warehouse logistic. The activity will involve all the riders not involved in official races in these weeks, and will go on from 14th to 18th of November.
All the #OrangeBlue riders not involved in races and official competitions are expected to live a very unique week in their life: from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, as usual managers, employees, warehouse workers.

De Rosa: Alan Marangoni.
L’Isola dei Tesori: Iuri Filosi and Pierpaolo De Negri.
Valagro: Marco Canola and Nicola Bagioli.
The riders will go to their assigned office, and they already will receive a detailed working sheet describing them all the activities of the 5 days of woking experience, so that they will come back to home with an important training experience. So to De Rosa customers going next week in Cusano Milanino could happen to be helped by a very special mechanic as Alan Marangoni and the Valagro laboratory will have two “chemical apprentice” as the new arrival Marco Canola and the neo PRO Nicola Bagioli, while in the commercial offices and warehouse department of L’Isola dei Tesori Pierpaolo De Negri and Iuri Filosi will learn how a PET food brand leader is growing up in the real economy thanks to team working and daily improvement.
An experience that Damiano Cunego and Ivan Santaromita already have been doing in the Marketing & Sales area of Vini Fantini from 8th to 10th of November.
The only riders that will miss this important experience, are the riders involved in Tour of Taihu Lake and the two riders recovering from injuries, Alessandro Bisolti and Giacomo Berlato
The unique idea was born from the management and their partners: “It is not new in our team to have team building activity based on common values between us and our partners. We are more than sure that this experience, also if very short, could help them to open their eyes on how it works the real world of work giving them motivation to do always better and better their work, also if, the rider life, it is a life full of hard moments and strain.
