Another podium coming from a great team-work. Riccardo Stacchiotti is second today under the finish line, followed by Pierpaolo De Negri coming 4th. 12th place for Kazushige Kuboki. This is the second podium for the NIPPO Vini Fantini team in the Tour de Korea after the one of Nicolas Marini. Tomorrow the last stage in Seul, probably for sprinters.

Second podium for the NIPPo Vini Fantini team in the Tour of Korea and again really close to the final victory. In the first stage another second place for the team, coming from Nicolas Marini, today is time for Riccardo Stacchiotti (2nd) and Pierpaolo De Negri (4th).
“Today strategy”, explains Valerio Tebaldi the Sports Director of the NIPPO Vini Fantini team “was to make a rest day for Nicolas Marini looking forward to tomorrow. The team had to work to help the other fast riders of the team and they made it very well”.
The confirmation comes from Riccardo Stacchiotti: “Today stage was hard, we have to thanks our team-mates that helps us to be inside the group of the best 45. I have to thanks a lot Berlato and Yuma Koishi that before helps me than controlled the race very well. At the end both me and De Negri we were feeling good and, as we agreed with the Sports Director, we wanted to give a double chance to the team. With the help of Kuboki we take in perfect position the last meters, but Aberasturi was faster. We really wanted the victory to reward the great teamwork made in all these stages. I think we also deserve a victory, we will made our best to catch it tomorrow.”
This Sunday the stage will be flat, with a circuit inside Seul. Sprinters are expected for the final, so will be time for Nicolas Marini, but attention also to Riccardo Stacchiotti and Pierpaolo De Negri that are in a very good condition.
