It ends today, 21 days of training camp in the Alpen Village Hotel of Livigno. A work on force and distance with more than 2.000 km and 40.000 meters of altitude gap in total with 15 days of specific work and a lot of motivation to ride a strong September in race.
It ends today, after 21 days, the #OrangeBlue training camp. A long period in Livigno Alpen Village Hotel, where not only bike work is possible, but also a very good work in the specific Gym to work on force. An hard work and a strong motivation now for each rider of the team that wants to ride a September at the top to reach important results.
Riders in the training camp made 2.000 km with 40.000 meters of altitude gap, with an alternation of long distance,force training and specific exercises in the gym under the supervision of the sports trainers and sports directors of the team to reach the fixed goal.
The start is this week-end in Brussels and GP de Fourmies, the 3 and 4 of September. A double appointment for 8 riders, starting from the leader Damiano Cunego.
