Few days missing to the official start of the competition season, with the official debut in Vuelta a la Comunidad Valencia, the next 31st of January 2018. All the riders of the team are doing hard trainings in Spain, since the 14th of January and until the first race of the season in Valencia. Many trainings and athletic test, to prepare a strong sportive season.
25/01/2018 – Hotel AR Diamante Beach – Calpe – Spain.
Few days missing before the official start of the season with the first race, but these days are yet very important to prepare the season of the team that wants to be ready to compete in all the important races of the season to reach the seasonal goals, as the 3 important World Tour Italia races of RCS Sport: Strade Bianche, Milano-Sanremo and Tirreno-Adriatico.
TRAININGS, ATHLETIC TEST AND CHALLENGES.
In 15 days of hard trainings, to the perfect Spanish temperatures (around 20° degrees), in Calpe were the AR Diamante Beach Hotel is hosting the team, the team is planning all the season.
1300 km, more than 50 hours in bike, more than 15000 meters of difference in altitude. Distances ride with motivation by all the #OrangeBlue riders looking forward to a great season.
Not only distances, also very important the numerous athletic test done together with special team works to create engagement and link between new arrivals and confirmed riders of the team.
The team tested also the dynamics of the team time trial, on the road of the upcoming Vuelta a la Comunidat Valenciana. Tested also the sprints dynamics to be ready for the fast arrivals of the season and the riders ability in climbing also have been tested.
With the occasion have been made special challenges between riders to start engaging the competition between riders and teammates.
With the professional method given to the team since the 2017 season, thanks also to Maurizio Mazzoleni and Modus Vivendi staff, each rider of the team is making important test to set all the data to make the individual training schedule for next weeks, in roder to reach the maximum condition for the most important races of each rider.
All details are settled, for a team that with method and professionally has already demonstrated in 2017 that important results can be reached working hard with method and big professionality.
