Just finished the training camp in Hotel Interalpen of Livigno, it is time to be back in race for the NIPPO Vini Fantini team. On Sunday the Trofeo Matteotti with Marco Canola and Pierpaolo De Negri. From 16th to 29th of July in Asia will start the Tour of Qinghai Lake where #OrangeBlue riders will have a strong line-up. Damiano Cunego and Hideout Nakane the climbers, Eduard Grosu and Nicolas Marini the sprinters with Kazushige Kuboki, Marino Kobayashi and Riccardo Stacchiotti.
Just finished the training camp, it is yet time to be back to races, with a double calendar in Italy and Asia. Marco Canola, Pierpaolo De Negri and Ivan Santaromita leading the team in Trofeo Matteotti, while in Tour of Qinghai Lake the team will have Damiano Cunego and Hideto Nakane as strong climbers and Eduard Grosu with Nicolas Marini as top sprinters.

On Sunday the “Home race” of Abruzzo. The Trofeo Matteotti will be as usual a very important moment of the team calendar, with many sponsor and partner from Abruzzo, starting with the main sponsor Vini Fantini. To lead the team will be Marco Canola, 4 time winner in this 2017 and 6th to recent Italian Championships. With him Pierpaolo De Negri, winner of the 2012 edition of the Trofeo Matteotti, that knows very well every single part of the circuit. With them the experience of Ivan Santaromita can be very precious on the climb of the circuit. The race is part of the Ciclismo Cup calendar.
Mario Manzoni, comments with these words the upcoming race: “The Trofeo Matteotti will have a double relevance for us. Because we are on the “home roads” of many sponsors, with an important race of the Italian calendar and of the Ciclismo Cup. We are back from a training camp in Livigno and all our riders are strongly motivated. Will be a race conditioned also by the very hot weather. Our leaders will be Marco Canola, Pierpaolo De Negri, already winner on these roads, and Ivan Santaromita, but everyone will be very important to support them. We are strongly motivated.”

A very ambitious line-up for the NIPPO Vini Fantini also for the Asian Calendar.
The leader of the team will be Damiano Cunego that together with Hideto Nakane will compose a special duo of Italian-Japanese climbers very competitive. Also ambitious the #OrangeBlue line-up for the sprint arrivals with Eduard Grosu and Nicolas Marini, together with Riccardo Stacchiotti and Kazushige Kuboki, with the young Japanese talent Marino Kobayashi supporting the team.
3 stages are especially expected for climbers, with more opportunities for sprinters. Both Eduard Grosu and Nicolas Marini are very motivated. The Rumanian sprinter in the last month won the Time Trial National Championship and the final stage of the Tour of Sibiu with his national selection. Nicolas Marini prepared this race with an intense training camp in Livigno.
