NIPPO Vini Fantini and GM Europa Ovini will merge their strengths to become a talent pool for growing up young talents up the PRO level. The Continental team of GM Europa Ovini will become from 2018 the Under23 team of the NIPPO Vini Fantini Professional Cycling team. The brand Europa Ovini will be the new third main sponsor of the Professional team on the #OrangeBlue jersey. The Sports Director Alessandro Donati will be aggregated to the team PRO from the 2018 supporting the other Sports Directors of the team. A rider of the Continental team will be soon a PRO with the NIPPO Vini Fantini.
Double news about the NIPPO Vini Fantini 2018. The team is growing up and becoming stronger, with the first Italian complete structure from Under23 up to the Professional team. Europa Ovini, today main sponsor of the Continental team GM Europa Ovini, will become the third sponsor of the NIPPO Vini Fantini team from the 2018 season, reinforcing the Abruzzo sponsor unit. At the same time, not only a standard sponsorship, but something new in the Italian cycling, with the creation of a talent incubator of young Italian talent with the #OrangeBlue jersey, thanks to the know-how and structure of the actual Continental team managed by Enzo Panzeri and Gabriele Marchesani (in the picture from the left together with Valentino Sciotti and Francesco Pelosi) that will become the official Under23 team of the Professional structure. A real structure in which growing up Italian talents and ready to welcome the Japanese talents, to support the Italian-Japanese project.
A key role in the project development and in the team coordination will be made by Maurizio Formichetti with the important role of maintain a strong link between the two structures.
