Italian-Japanese Team 2014 season will officially start with the first Training Camp in San Vito Chietino (Chieti, Italy) from November 25th to December 10th. Specific training and sports-medical counseling for all athletes.
The season of Vini Fantini – NIPPO – De Rosa Continental Team will officially begin on November 25th in San Vito Chietino, land of the Main Sponsor Vini Fantini. It will be the date of opening of the first Training Camp under the orders of Technical Director Stefano Giuliani and DS Alessandro Spezialetti and Gabriele Di Francesco.
The location will be the Garden Hotel in San Vito Chietino (Chieti, Italy) that already last season hosted Vini Fantini Under23 Team and also this year will be pleased to welcome staff and athletes in this important appointment. The first group of athletes will reach the hotel on November 25th while a second group, composed mainly of Japanese athletes, will join between November 28th and 29th.
The mild weather will help athletes to train in the best climatic conditions in this first training camp essential to lay the groundwork for 2014 season, and to find the best condition ahead of the first official events.
In the two weeks of training camp, and during the entire season, the Team will rely on the collaboration with the Cardiology Section and Sports Medicine of the CUMS, University Center for Sports Medicine in Pescara. The Staff of CUMS will test the overall evaluation of the athletes in order to draw the right program according to the precise needs of each athlete’s physical and structural properties.
After the announcement of the athletes of the Team (just yesterday Takashi Miyazawa signed the contract) and the presentation of the pool of partners and sponsors, here is the first official training camp: the debut of Vini Fantini – NIPPO – De Rosa Team is really close.
